Description
Superb Leif Elvestad design, this desk in a box, also known as a "Wooten" desk, is built of teak veneers over hardwood solids, with a beechwood and walnut interior. It dates to the late 1960's. Once open, the interior reveals multiple cubbies, cubicles, and other storage, including file storage, a light, and a fold out and expandable work surface. Elegant piece whether open or closed. It's also in remarkable condition, looking as though it's barely been used.
